The Association shall be comprised of Members as hereinafter set out and it shall be managed by the Board constituted and governed by these Bylaws.

Background Checks: The purpose of this policy is to outline the requirements and processes associated with the
submission of a Background Check (which shall mean both a Criminal Record Check and
Vulnerable Sector Check) for those individuals applying for coaching positions.
